Return Policy
By placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns on Custom Products
Our products are custom-made to order. Consequently, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for errors made by users, such as incorrect size, design, or color choices.
Please note that products are made based on market demand and may not always be readily available. Additionally, the colors in the advertised images may differ slightly from the actual items due to lighting conditions during photo shoots or variations in monitor displays. We ask for your understanding that there may be a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual items you receive.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for items that are faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Returns must include the item(s) and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and contact our support team at [email protected]. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
Refunds
Our refund policy is active for 30 days following the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting may take some time.
- Contact your bank as there is typically some processing time before a refund is posted.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow the steps outlined above. For persistent issues, contact us at the provided support email.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there was a mistake in production and shipping. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected]. Upon approval, we will provide a return address.
Evidence for Replacement When requesting a replacement, please send clear evidence to support your claim. Required photos should include:
- The incorrect product or defect.
- The shipping label.
- Measurement of the item with a ruler (for size issues).
- The damaged item (for defects).
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement by emailing [email protected] with your order number and requested changes. A management and transaction fee of 1.5% of the total order value will be charged for cancellations. Switching orders will result in a full refund.
Please note: After 12 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.
