Voltron features a team of five pilots who each control a robotic lion. When the lions are activated and interlocked, they combine to form a giant robot known as Voltron, the Defender of the Universe. The team must work together to defend the universe against a variety of threats, including the evil forces of King Zarkon and his army of robots and monsters.
