In this issue, both Superman and Wonder Woman have questions about the Manhattan Project. Wonder Woman breaks into a vault in the War Department and steals a file. Superman believes a tip that Wonder Woman is attacking Chicago, and he goes to battle Wonder Woman. As they battle, they realize that fighting in the city will just get someone hurt. They decide to continue their battle on the moon. Superman and Wonder Woman put their battle on hold when they realize that Baron Blitzkrieg and Sumo the Samurai have evil intentions. Superman and Wonder Woman stop the villains, President Roosevelt assures both heroes that all is well, and Superman and Wonder Woman go their separate ways.
