In the 1985 Nintendo video game Super Mario Bros., Mario had to think fast and move even faster to save the Mushroom Princess, who was being held captive by the evil Koopa tribe of turtles. To get to the Princess, Mario had to jump to collect the Power-Ups that help him survive bottomless pits, turtle soldiers, and a host of black magic traps that only a Koopa King could devise.
