However, if more than 24 hours have passed, your order may have already entered the printing or shipping phase, making cancellation challenging. Our fulfillment network spans across various global centers, which means when you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses. As a result, you may receive items separately, with one arriving before the other. So, don't worry if you don't receive all your items at once—they will reach you. The tracking status of your order may appear stagnant due to the process at our fulfillment centers. Sometimes, the tracking number is generated while your order is still in the crafting phase, as part of the preparation for shipment. This may give the impression that your package is not moving, but rest assured, it is steadily progressing towards delivery.
Additionally, during holiday seasons or periods of high demand, delays can occur due to increased order volumes. We ask for your patience during these times as we are a small business committed to crafting each product meticulously for top-notch quality upon delivery to its new home.
If you’ve noticed an error in your shipping address or size, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email. While we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in progress. Our shirts are printed on demand, often starting production immediately after ordering and shipping the same day. However, even if your order has been shipped, we will still do our best to address any concerns. We understand the frustration of receiving an item that doesn't meet your needs and will work towards a resolution.

It’s normal for lighter colored items to show slight discoloration due to our sublimation printing process and vacuum-sealed shipping. This should easily come out after a gentle wash, so we recommend washing the item with a light cycle, and the discoloration should disappear. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us for assistance!

Our 30-Day Return Policy ensures that your purchase is worry-free. If you're dissatisfied with your product for any reason, we'll gladly accept it back! We are proud of our high-quality products and are committed to providing award-winning customer service. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, no questions asked.
Currently, customers are responsible for covering their own return postage costs as we are still a small but growing company. Additionally, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items eligible for return are those purchased within the last 30 days, in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and in the original packaging if applicable.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly resolve the issue at no additional cost to you, as it was our mistake. You will not be required to ship the item back in this case.
