In the 2019 movie Shazam, 14-year-old orphan Billy Batson carried a backpack that featured an image of the tiger Tawky Tawny. Billy was chosen by an ancient wizard as the Champion of Eternity. When Billy said the wizard’s name, “Shazam”, he transformed into an adult superhero. This hero wore tiger emblems on his cape-medallions.
