When he noticed John, the Tick-Tock Man dropped the façade and tells him “Tick-tock, Mr. Wick. Tick-tock…” Later, he was present when the High Table sent The Adjudicator to adjudge those who provided aid to John in killing Santino D’Antonio. After John fell from the New York Continental’s top balcony, the Tick Tock Man recovered him and transported him to The Bowery King in a cart.
