Popcorn Vibe Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and Popcorn Vibe and its affiliates (hereinafter “Popcorn Vibe” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Popcorn Vibe’ games, websites and related services (the “Service”). “Popcorn Vibe” also includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. Use of the Service is also governed by Popcorn Vibe Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

For United States residents, you also agree that disputes with Popcorn Vibe must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).
